Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Qanetoon Academy. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. We are excited to help you achieve your goals and master the Quran, Modern Standard Arabic, and the Egyptian dialect. Consistency is the most important part of language acquisition.

2. Scheduling & Cancellation Guidelines

We all know that life can be unpredictable, but to protect the time we’ve set aside for your progress, please review the following rules designed to keep our classes running smoothly, fairly, and with mutual respect for our schedules:

The 24-Hour Notice

If you need to reschedule or cancel our upcoming class, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to find a new slot for you and allows another student to utilize your original time. Classes canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged as a regular session.

The "Life Happens" Pass (Grace Pass)

True emergencies and sudden illnesses happen to the best of us. Because of this, every student receives 1 "Grace Pass" every 8 Sessions. If something completely unavoidable comes up at the last minute, you can use this pass to cancel or reschedule without any fee. Let's keep this for real emergencies to protect your learning consistency!

Running a Little Late?

Technical glitches and unexpected delays are a part of life. We will gladly wait in our virtual classroom for 15 minutes. If you are able to join within that time, we will continue with the remainder of our session! If 15 minutes pass without any updates, the session will be considered a missed class and billed normally.

Our Promise to You

Fairness goes both ways! If we ever need to cancel our session with less than 24 hours' notice due to an unforeseen emergency on the teacher’s end, your next lesson will be completely free of charge.

3. Payments & Packages

• All packages are billed and paid for in advance before the commencement of classes.
• Validity: All purchased packages (Pay as you go) come with a generous One Year Validity from the date of purchase.
• Each standard class duration is exactly 30 minutes, unless a custom double-session (60 mins) is agreed upon.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us. Qanetoon Academy collects only the necessary information required to facilitate our educational services (such as email, name, and contact number).

• We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to any third-party marketing agencies.
• Class recordings (if applicable and requested by the student for revision purposes) are kept strictly confidential and shared only with the specific student.
